Mamba Sports Academy (MSA) is excited to announce the opening of a facility in Redondo Beach, which is known as MSA South Bay. The facility, located at 2607 Manhattan Beach Blvd in Redondo Beach, brings MSA’s mission of changing the way people approach performance to the South Bay of Los Angeles.
“We are thrilled to be opening up in South Bay,” said CEO and co-founder Chad Faulkner. “This is a vibrant and youthful neighborhood, and we hope to impact it and its residents in a positive and life-altering fashion.”
Speaking of baseball. In a unique twist, MSA has partnered with Los Angeles Dodgers Training Academy (DTA), to offer youth baseball training at this location. What that means, essentially, is that MSA will get your son or daughter’s arm, body and mind right, and the DTA staff will utilize the extensive cages and turf to get their bat and glove to that same place. You can find out more about the many on-site Dodgers Training Academy options and offerings here.
As a whole, per the greater MSA mission, South Bay specializes in youth performance, purposeful training, cognition (AKA better, clearer decision-making and thinking), and professional athlete off-season training.
“We are going to provide world-class training to a new community,” said Tyler Nunn, MSA South Bay’s Manager of Sports Performance. “If you live in Redondo Beach or Manhattan Beach and want to get better—at a sport or at life—this is where you need to come.”
In the short time since its doors opened, MSA South Bay has begun training amateur and professional baseball players, lacrosse players, and surfers (it is the South Bay, after all!). All are working—whether in 1-1 sessions or small classes—to unlock their full potential and improve their movements and health.
